Frequently Asked Questions(FAQs)-
We ship our products via FedEx, Xpressbees, EcomExpress or Delhivery. Delivery takes 8-10 working days once we dispatch the order.
As soon as the product is shipped (generally in 1-2 days) you will be notified via SMS & email regarding the delivery details and tracking number.
For customized items, production takes 3-4 days and delivery takes 4-5 days from dispatch.

CAN I AMEND MY ORDER?
We work super quick at processing orders to make sure you receive them as soon as possible. You can amend your order as much as you like before we dispatch your order but after this point, we will be unable to make amendments to your order.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive an e-mail and sms once your order is dispatched. This can take between 1 to 2 business days after we receive your order.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE PROVIDED THE INCORRECT SHIPPING DETAILS?
Please contact us immediately if you noticed that your shipping details are incorrect. Note that we are unable to allow any amendments once your parcel has been dispatched.
CAN I CANCEL/CHANGE MY ADDRESS/ORDER?
Please e-mail us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your order. Orders MUST be cancelled the same day they are made or it will be processed. Once the item has been processed, we are not able to make any changes or cancellations to your order.
